Description
A picture of Power Girl, which I made VERY quickly. I think this took me, like, three or four hours to make all in all. I guess you can tell by the quality, eh?
To be honest, I haven't even read any comics with Power Girl, but a forum I frequent had a thread were they basically asked anyone who wanted to to draw a picture of PG and put it up. So I though: "Why not? I need to practice drawing women anyway."
Her real name is Kara Zor-L and apparently she's Superman's cousin from a parallel universe, or something like that. That's about all I know.
Now, normally Power Girl's suit has a big round hole right over he cleavage. However, I took the liberty of designing a shield logo for her to cover it up. (I've wanted an excuse to do that since I happened to see this scan: [link] )
Other then that I made some cosmetic changes to her costume to add my personal touch. Even if it's a rush job, I can't help but feel rather satisfied. And Kara sure seems happy, don't she?
I just wish I'd have remembered to make a background. Oh well.

Pose and concept are okay (although I am partial to the boobie-hole myself) but I can't help this feeling that you've been reading a lot of Bleach maybe?
Well you said it's a quickie so no big. I suggest that you study and dissect figure for a while though, it's all about making things feel rounded, solid, y'know? Powergirl is meant to be huge (har har)
Do you draw all at once, or do you partition rough figures of the body? That and a lil life study should get you rolling.
Oh and although you didn't draw the hands, you drew down to the feet. Most people stop at the waist.
